Orders
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email, or log in to your account to see all your orders and their status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@sonjuri.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will gladly change or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive 7-14 days after you order. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders over $49 within the United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your full card number.
