30-day returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email support@sonjuri.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items and custom orders cannot be returned.
