Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-14 days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather and holidays.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $49 ship free.

Tracking

Track your order any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show carrier updates after shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@sonjuri.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you.
